Ann and Herb Berezin

Herb and Ann Berezin have a strong commitment to day school education and Jewish communal life.  Herb was one of the major donors to the school’s new building when it was established on the Jewish Community Campus in Longmeadow.  When he married Ann, they continued their support for Heritage, sending all five of their now grown children to the school.  Ann began volunteering at Heritage as the co-chair of the Annual Dinner.  She served for over 15 years on the school’s Board of Directors, and during that time held various positions including Finance Chair, Personnel Chair and President.  Herb and Ann are among the founders of the Hebrew High School of New England.  Herb founded Mount Holyoke Management, a real estate company that owns and manages residential and commercial properties throughout New England, and Ann works for Aspen Square Management in West Springfield.

Marc and Susan Goldman have been committed and active members of the Springfield Jewish community since their move to Longmeadow in 1978.  As longtime members of Sinai Temple and the Springfield JCC, they have been passionate about Jewish education and have remained committed to Israel and Zionism.  Both have been involved with many local Jewish organizations.  Marc is a past president of the Maimonides Society and Heritage Academy, and continued to serve on the school’s Board for many years.  Susan also served on the Board, and the couple is proud to have three daughters who are Heritage alumni.  Marc is an internist and gastroenterologist with Hampden County Physicians Associates.  Susan is a Clinical Social Worker/Psychotherapist in private practice in West Springfield and an adjunct Professor of Psychology at Elms College.
