Selma Lesnow, 91, of Longmeadow, formerly of Holyoke, died May 3 at Baystate Medical Center. She as the widow of George Lesnow. Born in New Haven, Conn., she moved to Holyoke in 1950, where she became active in the Jewish community and was a past president of Haddassah. She belonged to the American Contract Bridge League and achieved the highest honor of life master. She is survived by four children, Barbara Singer and her husband, Michael, of Montgomery MD, David Lesnow of Teluride, CO, Robert Lesnow and his wife, Patricia, of Accord, NY, and Ellen Shapiro and her late husband, Morton, of Longmeadow; nine grandchildren, Rachel Ratel, Tanya Haire, Seth and Naomi Lesnow, Elke Backstrom, Joshua, Daniel and Zachary Shapiro, and Joshua Lunior; and three great-grandchildren, Colby, Sam, and Anna.
