Edith (Barowsky) Frank, 96, of Vernon, Conn., formerly of Longmeadow, died June 8. She was the widow of Harold Frank. The daughter of the late Max and Rose (Mirkin) Barowsky, she graduated from The Wyelister in MIlford, Conn., and worked in Washington, D.C. for the Office of Price Administration during World War II. She was employed by the Springfield Jewish Community Center for more than 40 years. She is survived by two daughters, Frances Frank of Exeter, NH and Elaine Fenster and her husband, Gary, of Vernon, Conn; four grandchildren, Heather Mantell and her husband, Brett, Aaron Quinn and his wife, Alyson, Matthew Fenster and his wife, Elizabeth, and Andrea Fenster and her fiancé, Todd Atcherson; and four great-grandchildren, Reilly and Jake Mantell, Benjamin Fenster, and Shayna Quinn. She was predeceased by three siblings, Maurice Barowsky, Ada Gross, and Bess Bauman.
