Stanley S. Goldaper, of Longmeadow died April 5 at home. He was the husband of Sandra (Goldberg) Goldaper. Born in the Bronx, N.Y., he was the son of the late Jules and Mollie (Saperstein) Goldaper. He lived in Longmeadow for the past 45 years. He was educated in New York, entering the U.S. Army upon graduation. He served his country during the Korean War, earning two Bronze Service Stars. After service, he attended the NY Fashion Institute of Technology, took part in a management program by Alexander’s Department Store and spent much of his career in various areas of retail sales and management. In addition to his wife, he is survived by four sons, Perry (Debbie), Steven (Lynn), Jon (Lisa) and Jason (Danielle); and eight grandchildren, Elise, Lindsey, Taylor, Samantha, Nicholas, Matthew, Eve and Jenna.
