David Nore, 85, of Worcester, died March 23 in Evergreen Place Assisted Living, Manchester, N.H. Born in Worcester, he was the son of Harry L. and Celia (Hurwitz) Nore and was a lifelong resident before moving to Manchester four months ago. He served in the Air Force in the Korean War from 1951 to 1955. He was employed as a production control person for 33 years for Coppus Engineering before retiring in 1998. In his early years he was a member of the Boy Scouts of America, the Civil Air Patrol, and National Guard before enlisting in the Air Force in 1951. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his dear friend, Alice Pinard of Manchester; a brother, Nathan Nore; and two sisters, Sylvia Nore and Anna Edith Cummings. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
