Marlene “Micki” (Ascher) Rubin, 81, of Longmeadow, died Oct. 6 at the Jewish Nursing Home. She was the wife of Martin Rubin. She was the daughter of the late Raymond and Lillian Ascher. She was a graduate of Classical High School Class of 1952 and graduated from AIC with an Associates Degree in 1954. She worked for various doctors as an administrative assistant, and traveled with her husband Martin to the various bases he was stationed at when he served in the military. She was a life member of Hadassah and a member of Temple Beth El. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Hillard Rubin and Paul Rubin and his wife, Sally; and her grandchildren, Zoe, Zackary, Miranda, Sophie, and Joshua.
