Virtual Super Sunday

WESTERN MASS. – This year the Jewish Federation of Western Massachusetts will hold a Virtual Super Sunday. Instead of a central location, volunteers will have a week to make their calls on their own time. This alleviates the need for a snow date (like last year) and makes it more convenient for our volunteers. The Federation is looking for at least 25 volunteers to make campaign calls.

Super Sunday is a major fundraising event of our 2016 Annual Campaign.

Money raised during this event will support the Jewish Federation’s partner agencies, partnerships in Israel, and will ensure the well-being, safety and security of the Jewish people around the world.

Callers will receive their campaign assignments on Friday, Feb. 26.

On Sunday, March 6 at 3 p.m., volunteers will return their completed campaign forms. Ten volunteers are needed to go to the Federation office to make “Thank you” phone calls to those donors who made a 2016 pledge.

A community celebration will be held from 3-5 p.m. in the gym at the Springfield JCC. The celebration will be co-sponsored by PJ Library and includes a bounce house and pizza.

Contact Michelle Everett at (413) 737-4313, ext. 237 to volunteer.
