AFRAME

Jacob Aframe, 99, of Worcester, died May 13 at the Jewish Healthcare Center. He was predeceased by his wife of 65 years, Laeh (Yoffe) Aframe. Born in Putnam, Conn., he was the son of James and Tillie Aframe. He was an Army veteran of World War II, serving in Europe.  He had been a self-employed cattle dealer for many years. He is survived by two sons, Jay Aframe and his wife, Myra, and Barry Aframe, both of Worcester; five grandchildren, Derek, Jocelyn, Miriam, Emily and Robert; and seven great-grandchildren, Aiden, Asher, Abigail, Bram, Madeline, Orianna, and Henry.  He was predeceased by three siblings, Philip and Abraham Aframe and Ceil Fagan. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jewish Healthcare Center, 629 Salisbury St., Worcester, MA 01609; or to Beth Israel Synagogue, 15 Jamesbury Drive, Worcester, MA 01609.
