Fannie (Kravitz) Smalley, 99, of Worcester, died Oct. 20 at the Jewish Healthcare Center. She was predeceased by her husband, Jack Smalley. Born in New York City, she was the daughter of Samuel and Jennie (Zolt) Kravitz. For many years she and her husband owned and operated Smalley’s Market located in Worcester. She is survived by three nephews, Larry Kravitz and his wife, Paula, of Stoneham, Alan Kravitz and his wife, Jane, of Rye Beach, N.H., and David Meyers and his wife, Ellen, of Worcester; a niece, Diane Doerfler and her husband, Len, of Shrewsbury; three grandnephews, Christopher J. Kravitz and his wife, Nicole, of Stoneham, Scott Kravitz and his wife, Jennifer, of Winthrop, and Steven Doerfler of Shrewsbury; and three grandnieces, Tara Coyne and her husband, Travis, of Stoneham, Rena Kravitz of Las Vegas and Jessica Doerfler of Shrewsbury; three great-grandnephews, Tyler Coyne, Dillon and Nathan Kravitz; and one great-grandniece, Talia Coyne. She was predeceased by a brother, Sidney Kravitz and his wife, Beatrice, of Delray Beach, Fla.
