William B. Granoff, 89, of Worcester, died Dec. 2 at the Jewish Healthcare Center. He was the husband of Susan (Kranich) Granoff. Born in Brookline, he was the son of Morris and Eva (Weiner) Granoff and had lived in Worcester for 56 years. He co-owned and operated Kranich Jewelers in Worcester for many years. He was a member of Temple Emanuel Sinai and its Brotherhood, the Jewish Healthcare Center, the Jewish Community Center and the Worcester Lodge of B’nai Brith. He was a volunteer at the Senior Center for several years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Michael D. Granoff, of New York City; a daughter, Amy Rohald, of Phoenix, Ariz.; and five grandchildren, Benjamin, Kate and Jonathan Rohald, and Sarah and Caroline Granoff. He was predeceased by a brother, Irving Granoff.
