Robert Alan Goldberg, 69, died April 17 in Boca Raton, Fla. He was the husband of Marjorie Goldberg. Born in Springfield, he was the son of the late Bernard and Ida (Feldman) Goldberg. He graduated from CW Post Long Island University. He was the owner of Lewis Beef for more than 25 years. He and his wife Margie moved to Ocala, Fla. to start Spherion, a staffing firm they ran together for 19 years. He was president of the Human Resource Board and involved in many local charities including the Veterans and Homeless. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Stephen (Kim), David, and Benjamin; a sister, Barbara Perry; two sisters-in-law, Marcia Lee and Barbara Cohen; five grandchildren, Mary, Laura, Rhone, Croix, and Kai; and extended family. He was predeceased by a brother, Stephen.
