Rosilyn Brody Rivkin, formerly of Longmeadow, died June 29 in El Paso, TX. She was the widow of Arthur S. Rivkin. Born in Springfield, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Leah Chester Brody. She graduated from Classical High School in Springfield in 1947. She attended American International College in Springfield for two years, later transferring to the University of Bridgeport Connecticut at the Fones School of Dental Hygiene. She earned her BA there and was tenth in her graduating class. She married Arthur S. Rivkin on June 6, 1954 and it was love at first sight for him. He had  given her and her friend a ride to the Catskills. She worked for various Springfield dentists in her career and her last position was with Drs. Jack Tillman and Mitchell Kotzen. She is survived by two daughters, Beth McCoy and her husband, Mark, of El Paso, Tex., with whom she lived, and Lisa Rivkin Melbourne, also of El Paso; and two grandchildren, Aaron and Jordyn McCoy. She was predeceased by a brother, Edward Brody. Memorial contributions may be made to the Arthur S.
