David Stanley Rosen, 83, of Worcester, died Oct. 17 in Knollwood Nursing Home. He was the widower of Jeanine (Plourde) Rosen. Born and raised in Boston, he was the son of Joseph and Sarah (Beyer) Rosen. He moved to Worcester three years ago. He graduated from Boston University and the New England School of Law and he worked for the United States Department of Treasury for 30 years, retiring 26 years ago. He was a veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by a sister, Charlene and her husband, Felix Dulle, of Lenox; and a nephew, James Dulle and his wife, Valerie Hahn, of Hartford Mills, N.Y.
