Discussion on Saving the Environment at B’nai Torah Shabbat dinner

Longmeadow – Rabbi Shlomo Yaffe will lead a discussion on “Saving the Environment,” after a Shabbat dinner at Congregation B’nai Torah on Friday, Jan. 18. The dinner will be held at 5:30 p.m. following a mincha service at 4:25.

Rabbi Yaffe’s after dinner discussion will deal with the dual environments Judaism acknowledges —  one physical, one spiritual, one global and one personal. He will explore  our role and responsibility in protecting them.

B’nai Torah is located at 2 Eunice Drive in Longmeadow.  The cost of the dinner is $15 for adults; $8 for children 5-13 and $50 for a family max.
