GOLDEN

Harriet M. (Aisenberg) Golden, 99, died Nov. 26. She was the widow of Dr. Ephraim Golden. Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of William and Esther (Lewis) Aisenberg. She attended Columbia University. She was a member of Temple Emanuel Sinai and its Sisterhood, Hadassah and Worcester Hearing League. She was a Hospice volunteer for many years and transcribed Braille. She is survived by a son, Robert Golden and his wife, Mariam, of Worcester; two daughters, Judith Reando, and her husband, Kevin, of Worcester, and Susan Aronson, and her husband, Michael, of Corvallis, Ore.; eight grandchildren, Nathan, Coreen, Jesse, Wendy, Rachel, Carmel, Derek and Timur; and nine great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Erwin Aisenberg. Memorial contributions may be made to the Rose Monahan Hospice Home, 10 Judith Road, Worcester, MA 01602; or to a charity of one’s choice.
