Roslyn (Aarons) Slepian, 94, of Orlando, Fla., formerly of Springfield, died March 19. He was the widow of Jules Slepian. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Julius and Ida Aarons. She was a manager of Schwartz Parking Garages in Hartford and Springfield from 1970 – 1983. She was a member of Hadassah, a former member of Congregation B’nai Jacob, and a member of the Southwestern Orlando Jewish Congregation (SOJC), as well as its Sisterhood and its board. She is survived by a brother, Alan Aarons and his wife, Elaine, of Delray Beach, Fla.; a son, David Slepian and his wife, Jane, and their children Rachael and Emma; a daughter, Gail Strauss and her husband, Robert Rick; a grandson, Donald Strauss, his wife Alexis, and their children Andrew and Penelope; a granddaughter, Lynn Bennett and her daughter, Isabella; and granddaughter Sarah Rick Boudreau, her husband David Boudreau, and great-grandchildren Ayla and Elliana Boudreau.
