Abby Herring Aisenberg, 68, of West Palm Beach, Fla., formerly of Worcester, died Sept. 30. The daughter of Ruth and Jesse Pollack, she was adopted by Arthur Herring after he married her widowed mother in 1962. She received her BA in Art History from Wellesley College, followed by a BFA in Fine Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design. She ran a successful faux-finishing business with Betsy Florin, until she became ill with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in 1988.
In 2006 she moved to Palm Beach Gardens to be close to her parents. She was involved with her local Chabad in Palm Beach Gardens. She is survived by her parents, Ruth and Arthur Herring; a daughter, Jenny Aisenberg; a brother, Jonathan Herring; a sister, Debbie Spiro, and her husband, Marc Spiro; a nephew, Perry Spiro; and her partner, Avner Arbel. She was predeceased by a brother, Zachary Herring; and a nephew, Nathan Spiro.
