Irving Fins, 98, of Concord, died Feb. 10. He was the widower of Beatrice (Samet) Fins. Born in Santco Spirtitos, Cuba, he arrived in the U.S. at the age of six. He lived in Worcester for 54 years before moving to Concord. He attended Brooklyn College. With his brother, Albert Fins and his brother-in-law, Jerry Landgarten, he owned Sanitary Dash Manufacturing Company for many years. He had been a long-time member of Congregation Beth Israel. He is survived by a son, Mark Fins of Newton; two daughters, Bonnie Stoddard of Madison, Conn., and Arlene Issenberg and her husband, Kent, of Acton; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by two brothers, David and Albert Fins; and a sister, Rae Landgarten.
