Shirley (Levine) Bolinsky, 84, of Leominster, died March 30 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, Conn. She was the widow of Seymour S. Bolinsky. Born in the Bronx, N.Y., she was the daughter of Sidney and Lillian (Stillman) Levine, and lived in Bellmore, N.Y., Northbrook, Ill., and Wayne N.J., before moving to Leominster in 1990. She was a graduate of Evander Childs High School in the Bronx and worked many years as a legal secretary and an executive assistant. She is survived by a son, Connecticut State Rep. Mitch Bolinsky and his wife, Luisa, of Newtown, Conn.; a daughter, Joyce Fountaine of Green Valley, Ariz.; five grandchildren, Rachel Bolinsky-Morrone and her husband, Adam, Matthew Bolinsky, Josh Fountaine and his wife, Amy, Jeremy Fountaine and his partner, Amanda Cox, and Ally (Fountaine) Engel and her husband, Tom; and a great-grandson, Logan Fountaine.
