Springfield JCC to Honor Stu Greene

stu greeneSPRINGFIELD – The Springfield Jewish Community Center will honor Stu Greene, the longtime director of health and physical education who retired this spring, on Sunday, June 2.

A daytime celebration will be held from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Springfield JCC, 1160 Dickinson St., and will feature activities for all ages, special alumni and family games and races, and a special “leadership session” with Stu.  Bring your own picnic lunch (dairy); drinks and dessert will be provided.  Everyone in the community is invited.

The celebration will continue that evening at 6:30 p.m. with a dinner and tribute to Stu at Chez Josef, 186 Shoemaker Lane, Agawam. Join with the community for an evening of fun and friends as we celebrate and honor Stu’s career.

The cost for the dinner and tribute is $54 per person and the dress is casual.
