Shirley (Nathanson) Harrist, 86, died on Jan. 15. She was the daughter of Joseph and Sunya Nathanson. She was employed by Dapol Plastics, beginning at age 16, at the Yeshiva Achei Tmimim for many years, retiring at the age of 74 from Hydrograss Technologies. She is survived by four daughters, Barbara, Kim, Robin Paoletti and her husband Ron, all of Worcester, and Shani Traum and her husband Jonathan of Brighton; two brothers, Martin Nathanson of Richmond, Va. and Gerald Nathanson of Belchertown; four grandchildren, Leah Goteiner-Harrist and her husband, Joshua Goteiner, and Shoshana, Yosef and Elan Traum; and two great-grandchildren, Michaela and Ava. She was predeceased by two sisters-in-law, Janice and Nancy Nathanson.
