Julius (Jules) Green, 92, died April 27. He was the widower of Gretel Green. Born in Springfield, he was the son of Samuel and Pauline Green. He graduated from Technical High School and then served in the U.S. Navy in World War ll. He was stationed in Guam on USS Naval Construction Battalion. He returned home to marry and start a career at Associated Dental Labs. He was a Master Mason, Shriner and Melha Mariner. He is survived by a daughter, Shelley; former daughter-in-law, Marianne; a sister-in-law, Jane; a brother-in-law, Michael; two granddaughters, Pauline (Chris), and Jillian; three great-grandchildren; and five nieces and nephews. He was predeceased his son, Gordon; and brothers Abel, Leonard and Bernard. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice. ASCHER-ZIMMERMAN FUNERAL HOME
